2020 hasn’t been the greatest for anyone. We would like to send a huge “Thank You” to everyone for their understanding. I just got off the phone with Stripe who is the merchant processor we use for online transactions. We have $6500 in refunds that are now in cyberspace. They have opened a case to see why they haven’t been processed on their end. There are some that have gone through but most our showing in our dash board as processing.
